A documentary film crew taped Mist Project Executive Chef Gavin Baker as he addressed Salt Lake Community College culinary arts students. Chef Baker was gearing up for the opening of his Mist Project, a guerrilla restaurant aimed at producing Michelin-caliber food in Salt Lake City during the Sundance Film Festival.
